It has been way too long since my last entry, but I guess it doesn't help that I lost my password (oops)
Let's see, what's happened since my last entry. I guess I'll start by saying THE HOUSE STILL HAS NOT SOLD!! Unbelievable as it may be, it hasn't!
But besides that, allot has happened (sort of) Lacey, is now over a year and a half old, and wow, is she ever a spunky yearling!
I've been training more with Raiah, and we are jumping at 2'3" now, and Mina is jumping 1', ya! Lacey has proved to have it in her to jump, since she will seriously jump anything in sight!
I've gone from 17 to 18 (eeekk!) and it feels like half my life is over!
I am still writing for the horse magazine, and I have managed to keep going with that (Ya! I haven't been fired yet! ha-ha)
I mentioned in my last blog post that I started a novel, well, that novel was born then died and I moved onto a new novel. Oh wait, then that one died and I am currently working on yet, ANOTHER new novel! Though this one is kind of like the first one, but different.
I've started a new blog ( www.hisdaughter.bravejournal.com ), one that is more about my spiritual journal then personal, yet I do share personal, spiritual experiences.
Hm mm..what else..
We've started school again (yes, I am still in school, but honestly (as my mother puts it) when do we ever stop learning?) and many of my days consist of scooping horse manure, being lazy and cooking and cleaning. (more laziness then cleaning though
)
Since my last entry, I made many stupid mistakes, and I've had to own up to them (I shall not share them because well, I'm not THAT dumb
)
But they are definitely mistakes that have changed my life!
This summer, I have worked allot of saddle breaking my youngest sisters pony. It's actually going very well. I was surprised that a pony THAT stubborn, would be so easy to break! My sister has actually been able to ride Nikki (the pony) around the paddock by herself (I am there to supervise of course,) but she loves it!
Now it may sound like all fun and games to own a horse, but you know what...it is
I wouldn't trade my life for anything! (even if it does come with several strings attached)
Well, I think that about it, now I should probably go, some horses are hungry (HA! When aren't they?
) and my brother MIGHT want to get on here before midnight.
Hopefully I don't loose my password again, if I do, then, I wont be back and you should call the police! If I don't loose it, I'll try to stay more regular.
Alesia..Galloping Out!
